Return Policy

Replacements

  • We, at Server Market, try to keep things easy and straight forward.
  • The product will be replaced with a new product if a product is received in damaged or in a defective condition or D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival). However, in all such instances, the buyer has to kindly return the item within 24 hours of receipt. The product has to be shipped back to Server Market along with all original packaging and accessories with no damage to the serial numbers. Shipping charges for the return will be refunded.<?
  • After receiving the product, we will test the product and check the product for any damages due to misuse, wrong handling or burn outs and if found to be defective, we will get a new replacement from the brand and send it with shipping charges paid by us. An alternate item will be suggested in case a replacement is not available or a full refund will be issued.
  • If the product is defective or DOA, all delivery charges, "From" and "To" will be borne by Server Market.

RETURNS

  • Most of the products can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the items(s) in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
  • Kindly note: Only unopened products can be considered for returns. Any product that has been opened becomes a "used" product even if it has never been used and as such cannot be treated as a return. Nevertheless, this is product specific and approval has to be taken before a product can be returned. Kindly send an e-mail to support@servermarket.in to check if a product can be returned. If a product is returned, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
